We inform the bathers that the current legislation regulating the operation of public baths, Government Decree 510/2023. (XI. 20.), contains strict regulations regarding children bathing in thermal medicinal water. According to the decree, children under the age of 14 are not allowed to bathe in thermal mineral pools and medical pools, except by medical prescription. Pursuant to the Gov. decree, the operator of the public bath is obliged to operate the public bath in compliance with the public health regulations contained in Annex 5.
